On the 16th July, Simon Snewin held an Open House for his friends and colleagues to have a look at various turned items with the opportunity to buy if anything caught their eye.
Simon is really into making quality pens using top end kits and blanks, and there was also a large collection of bowls, vases and pots made from a wide variety of woods.
It was a great success as his first ever selling day and there seemed to be plenty of cash changing hands!
As well as turnings to look at, guests were treated to homemade Indian food, along with home-baked cakes and biscuits.
